  • Will assist in creating your job application that will attract candidates who are qualified for the job to meet your specific job duties and requirements.
  • Will assist in screening, selecting, recruiting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Help maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • Will assist in building the work flow structure.
  • Update job requirements and descriptions.
  • Test and evaluate company’s employee’s capabilities by monitoring, and appraisal of employee work.
  • Set an interviewing program.
  • Conduct and analyze exit interviews.
  • KPI’s & APPRAISAL program.
  • Advise managers on candidate selection & recommending changes.
  • Recommend, plan, and implement wage structure revisions.
  • Train managers to coach and discipline employees.
  • Recommend benefit programs to management (commission, bonus & motivating systems).
  • Set management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Establish and conduct orientation and training programs.
  • Employee book.
  • Prepare the company for “The Best Place to Work”.
